Job Overview

Noor Staffing Group is seeking a highly experienced Chief Legal Officer to lead our legal services team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a talented lawyer to drive compliance, strategic decision-making, and growth within our innovative organization.

About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary of $170,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, to oversee all aspects of our legal department. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for crafting legal strategies, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting and implementing legal strategies to mitigate risks and support business objectives
  • Overseeing contracts and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Serving as Corporate Secretary and managing governance processes
  • Leading our Code of Ethics and Conduct program
  • Managing the annual budget for the Legal Services department
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Juris Doctorate and active bar membership
  • At least 12 years of experience in law, preferably in advocacy or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the chemical industry and excellent communication skills
  • A proven track record of building relationships and working collaboratively
  • Experience with litigation and administrative law
