Catapult Healthcare is seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality primary care services at two outpatient sites in North-East Oklahoma.

Job Summary
As a Family Medicine Physician with Catapult Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care to children aged 2 and above. You will work in a genuine care-first environment, focusing on treating the whole patient rather than just managing referrals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Evaluate, educate, coach, treat, and document patient care plans
* See an average of 2.5 appointments per hour, allowing for thorough patient assessment and treatment
* Work collaboratively with two Medical Assistants (MAs) per provider to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient practice management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Current licensure in Oklahoma or the ability to obtain it
* Board certification or eligibility
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with patients and colleagues
