Bakery Associate Job Summary:

Bakery Associates at Sams Club are responsible for baking, decorating, packaging, and selling bakery products. They ensure all items meet the company's standards for quality and safety.

Responsibilities include preparing and baking bread, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products, decorating cakes and pastries with consistent and artistic finishes, assisting customers with orders and special requests, ensuring cleanliness of the bakery area, equipment, and utensils, and stocking and rotating products, and managing inventory.

Requirements include experience in baking or in a bakery setting, attention to detail and creativity in cake decorating, strong communication and customer service skills, knowledge of food safety and handling procedures, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
