Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Representative to join our team at Rewards Network. As an experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business while building your own career with a lifetime of rewards.

In this role, you will leverage your passion and sales expertise to build relationships with clients, develop and manage a pipeline of prospects, and exceed sales quotas. You will also collaborate with account managers and internal revenue operations to ensure individual and company goals are met.

This is a 100% remote field sales opportunity in the Atlanta, GA territory. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in cold-calling businesses that require financial and marketing services products. A strong understanding of financial acumen and ability to discuss fees, acceptance, and finances confidently is also essential.

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary, uncapped monthly commission, monthly allowance, and eligibility for additional prizes for winners of sales contests and annual President's Club. The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source new clients through cold calling and social media prospecting
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects throughout assigned geography
  • Build relationships with decision makers to discuss products/services and move the sales process forward
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives
  • Collaborate with account managers and internal revenue operations to ensure individual and company goals are met
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in cold-calling businesses that require financial and marketing services products
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to discuss fees, acceptance, and finances confidently
  • Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
