Fidelity Wealth Strategist

The new Wealth Planner role is designed for professionals passionate about helping clients achieve their comprehensive wealth strategies. As a trusted advisor, you will focus on building meaningful relationships with families by co-creating personalized planning and investment strategies.
This role requires:
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
- CFP highly preferred
- Series 7, 63, 65, 66 and insurance licenses required prior to hire
- 5+ years industry experience in financial services or a related field, 10+ years preferred
- 3-5 years of financial planning experience, 5+ years preferred
You will be responsible for the effective implementation of wealth management for clients, driving client loyalty and deeper long-term relationships through personalized and dedicated financial planning.
The ideal candidate possesses extraordinary EQ skills, experience with behavioral economics and family psychology, and a proven track record of high client happiness and dedication.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include flexible work arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
