Job Summary

Accurate Personnel seeks a skilled On-Site Coordinator to manage the relationship between our company, clients, and associate employees. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their staffing needs and developing value-added services to support changing requirements.
  • Manage all aspects of field employee employment, including coaching, counseling, and removal from assignment, as well as maintaining related support functions.
  • Oversee timekeeping for associate employees and run required reports for the branch and client.
  • Find creative solutions to staffing and performance challenges, fostering a culture of teamwork and workplace safety.
  • Represent our organization at the client work site, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal communication.
Requirements
  • Supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Staffing and Recruiting experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in creating and editing documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
  • High levels of motivation and self-direction.
  • Ability to work with people from all socio-economic strata.
  • Ability to work after hours and on weekends if necessary.
  • Ability to walk the facility floor frequently throughout a shift.
