Job Summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to fill a travel position in Des Moines, Iowa. As a Diagnostic Sonography Specialist, you will perform clinical assessments and diagnostic sonography examinations, using cognitive sonographic skills to identify, record, and adapt procedures as appropriate to anatomical, pathological, diagnostic information and images.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinical assessment and diagnostic sonography examinations.
  • Use cognitive sonographic skills to identify, record, and adapt procedures as appropriate to anatomical, pathological, diagnostic information and images.
  • Maintain a daily log of patients seen, complete exam verification for billing purposes, and perform related clerical duties as required.
  • Maintain ultrasound equipment and work area, and maintain adequate supplies, and monitor outdates.

Requirements:

  • ARDMS & BLS required.
  • 2 years of experience required.
  • Prefer experience with one or more body parts.
