Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

The Tennessee Board of Regents is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Child Development Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including compiling and reconciling information, summarizing documents, and establishing filing systems.
  • Assist with coordinating events and appointment schedules.
  • Maintain workflow and perform general clerical duties such as typing, copying, filing, answering phones, and greeting visitors.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification within six months of employment date.
  • Pass a criminal background check.

Estimated Salary Range: $30,000 - $40,000 per year.
