At Seattle Reign FC, we're seeking a Sports Scientist to join our Performance team. This role will involve working closely with the Director of High Performance to monitor individual and team performance, provide expertise in testing, load management, and strength and conditioning, and collaborate with the Medical staff to ensure proper protocols and data management.

About the Role

The Sports Scientist will report directly to the Director of High Performance and be responsible for developing team and individual performance programming, providing expertise in testing, load monitoring, and S&C support to all players, and ensuring all data is collected and stored correctly within AMS software and databases.

Additionally, the successful candidate will create and share post-session and post-match reports to Technical, Performance, and Medical Staff, and ensure all data collected is appropriately shared to all required staff and players.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an annual salary range of $70,000 - $90,000, based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience required for the role, internal equity, and market. Our Total Rewards package includes:
