Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
This is a Patient Care Technician position that involves direct patient care, working under the supervision of a RN.
You will spend most of your day caring for patients with end-stage renal disease, providing safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment.
Our PCTs work in a cross-functional team, including technicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership, to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be comfortable working around blood and needles
- Must be comfortable mixing acid or bicarb
- Physical and mental ability to work long hours (some shifts are 12+ hours) on your feet
- Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed
