Safety Manager Position

Fusion HCR is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to join their team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety management and a proven track record of implementing effective safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive safety management plan to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety conditions and provide guidance to employees.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs to ensure employees are equipped to perform their jobs safely.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. safety, engineering, construction management).
- 5+ years of experience in construction safety management, preferably in a large-scale commercial construction environment.
- OSHA 10 and 30 certifications, with OSHA 500 preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, project teams, and regulatory agencies.
