Customer Support Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join our team at Careerbuilder-US. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to verify ownership, updating customer information in the database, collecting and researching current licenses, and completing due diligence on ownership. Additionally, the candidate will organize existing data in a spreadsheet, search for and investigate information contained in files, and provide data entry across departments on an ad-hoc basis. The successful candidate will also assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound phone calls to verify ownership
  • Update customer information in the database
  • Collect and research current licenses
  • Complete due diligence on ownership

Requirements:
