About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Training & Development Manager to join our team at Children's Specialized ABA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the development of clinical training initiatives that align with our organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive training content that meets the highest standards of quality and alignment with our clinical policies.
  • Lead the delivery of clinical training programs for new hires and existing staff, ensuring seamless onboarding and skill development.
  • Select and train additional hands-on trainers as the organization grows, maintaining the integrity and quality of training programs.
  • Implement systems to assess the effectiveness and fidelity of training programs, incorporating feedback from trainees and regional leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis, leadership, learning, and organizational development.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • 3+ years of experience working in the ABA field, with expertise in delivering engaging content and maintaining/updating course materials within an LMS.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
