Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional to join our team as a Program Manager at Great Livin' LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Direct and coordinate the delivery of services in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise Living Support/Direct Support Professionals and participate in the DSP interview and hiring process.
  • Training and Development: Train new and existing DSPs on Individual Habilitation Plan (IHP) and evaluate employee performance.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Review daily documentation of services/supports delivered for accuracy and completeness, and complete reports as required within timelines.
  • Client Care: Develop individualized daily schedules for all clients based on their IHPs and Active Treatment Plan, and follow-up with Health-related concerns with Registered Nurses.
  • Program Management: Participate in the development of procedures and methods of service delivery, and ensure documentation of services.
  • Communication: Serve as a conduit for communication from the field to the Management Team and from the Management Team to the field.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (3-years' experience in a related field preferred).
  • Experience: 1-year management experience in a field/related field, and completion of State-Mandated Trainings for Direct Support Supervisors and Internal Service Coordinators within first year of hire.
  • Skills: Proficient in the use of a personal computer and various software packages, and working knowledge of Therap, iSolved, and other agency systems as applicable.
  • Certifications: Valid New Mexico Driver's License, TB Test, and valid Auto Liability Insurance.
