Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Neogen Care, a leading provider of home health care services in California. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and improving the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and administer physical therapy treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify areas for improvement and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that promote patient independence and functional ability.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful as a Physical Therapist at Neogen Care, you must possess:

  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution.
  • A current and unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in California.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • 1+ year of recent experience in physical therapy, preferably in a home health setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record software (Kinnser a plus).

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, holidays, sick leave, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, and a referral bonus program.
