The Certified Nursing Assistant assists residents in various aspects of their daily life, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. A strong understanding of empathy and professionalism is essential for ensuring resident satisfaction.

This position comes with $1,250 Sign on bonus. Additionally, benefits include no mandate to stay over for shift coverage, Daily Pay, tuition reimbursement for LPN and RN programs, referral bonuses, uniforms, employee discounts through Perk Spot, employee appreciation events, EAP, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, and paid time off for part-time employees.

A High School diploma or equivalent is required, along with successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program. Good standing in the state registry is necessary.

This role requires physical stamina, as you will need to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods. You should also be able to push and pull objects, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and have full use of your hands, arms, and legs.
