Role Overview

This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional with expertise in driving business growth through client engagement, market research, and solution-oriented sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends to uncover new business prospects.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a tailored sales plan to meet and exceed business acquisition targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and leadership to refine and enhance sales strategies.
  • Presentation and Negotiation: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our services and effectively negotiate deals.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in consistently achieving sales targets using a consultative approach.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC or MEDDPIC methodologies.
  • Adept at managing sales forecasts and developing strategies to bridge gaps.
  • Strong understanding of IT managed services, Networking, and AV Industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities.
