We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director for our Ambulatory Care team at ARCH. As a key member of our clinical leadership, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care in our community clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Deliver primary care to clients, order follow-up care, diagnose, treat, record, refer and review care within ambulatory and hospital settings.
  • Treatment Plans: Prepare, supervise, and implement treatment plans, reviewing developed plans as needed.
  • Medical Records: Record and dictate notes for each patient visit, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with medical guidelines.
  • Clinician Peer Review: Participate in clinician peer review process, promoting quality improvement and excellence in patient care.
  • Teamwork Expectations: Interact positively with staff, maintain referral resources, and provide input to Chief Medical Officer on resource development.

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Valid California Physician License
  • Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, interest in promoting individual acute, chronic, and preventable care programs and concepts
