Electronic Attack Analyst

The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) is seeking an experienced Electronic Attack Analyst to join our Air Combat and Strike Mission Analysis team. As an Electronic Attack Analyst, you will work independently and as a member of small teams to evaluate the impact of electronic attack on air combat missions, using an assortment of analysis tools. You will provide technical insight and innovation to support DoD programs interested in electronic attack, and regularly have direct communication with sponsors to provide context and influence decision making.
Key Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Physics, Math, Computer Science, or Engineering, or a related area. You will also need to have demonstrated excellence in performing electronic attack analysis in a simulated environment, and be able to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment and communicate sophisticated ideas directly with government civilians, military officers, and other contractors.
Preferred Qualifications
A Master's or PhD degree in Physics, Math, Computer Science, or Engineering, or a related area, and experience using analysis tools like AFSIM, Brawler, Suppressor, JIMM, or EADSIM for conducting mission-level survivability and effectiveness analysis with electronic attack elements for combat aircraft and strike weapon systems, are highly desirable.
