Job Summary

Synectics Inc is seeking a skilled Bilingual Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Patient Services Representative I, you will be the face of our company, interacting with patients and creating a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing, adhering to established procedures.
  • Develop a rapport with patients, explaining procedures and drawing blood in a safe and accurate manner.
  • Under the guidance of the area supervisor, perform daily tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a safe and professional environment, adhering to confidentiality and accuracy standards.
  • Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties, following established protocols.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.
  • Represent Synectics Inc in a positive and professional manner, promoting a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical training or certification preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification and a minimum of 6 months experience required.
  • One year of phlebotomy experience and customer service skills preferred.
  • Keyboard/data entry experience essential.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and provide quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric care.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
