Heavy Truck Service Manager

As a Service Manager for Heavy Trucks, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in a fast-paced service department. Your goal will be to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction by developing and enforcing effective service processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate service department processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage department goals and budgets
- Develop business with existing and new customers through promotional programs and networking
- Schedule and assign jobs and work areas to employees according to their skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Technical school certificate or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a service department working as a technician
- Previous management or shop foreman experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to lead and manage employees
- Solid parts and machinery knowledge
- Excellent customer service and selling skills
