Cart & Janitorial Associate Job Description

As a key member of our Front End Service team at Walmart, you will be responsible for ensuring a great first and last impression for our customers. Your duties will include gathering carts from the parking lot, operating equipment to move carts to the designated areas, and cleaning restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure customers have a positive experience upon entering and exiting the store.
2. Gather and relocate carts from the parking lot to designated areas within the store.
3. Operate equipment to move carts efficiently and safely.
4. Clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as required.

Requirements:
• Positive attitude in all weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Physical stamina to perform tasks as required
