Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of shift operations, including managing team performance, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and achieving set goals.
  • Coaching and developing team members to meet company standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Managing inventory, reconciling truck deliveries, and completing daily inventory counts.
  • Monitoring prepping, cooking, and holding processes to maintain food quality and safety.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in food service management or supervisory roles.
  • Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
