About the Role:
As a home-based outpatient physical therapist with Luna Physical Therapy, you will have the unique opportunity to deliver high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in their homes in Redwood City, CA (and other nearby locations)
* Collaborate with patients to set goals and develop treatment plans tailored to their needs
* Utilize our cutting-edge technology, including Luna Auto-Charting and Safety Shield, to streamline documentation and ensure a safe experience for both patients and therapists

Requirements:
* State-specific PT license
* Reliable personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
* 1+ years of experience in outpatient physical therapy
* Liability insurance and CPR/BLS certification
