We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team as a travel nurse in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Job SummaryThe PCU - Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients requiring close monitoring and intervention.
The ideal candidate will have excellent critical thinking skills, be able to work independently, and effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the PCU unit.
- Assess patients' conditions, develop care plans, and implement interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, laboratory results, and medication administration.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current RN license in the state of South Dakota or eligible for licensure by endorsement.
- At least 1 year of experience in a PCU or ICU setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- ACLS or PALS certification preferred.
