About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Cardiac Catheterization Nurse Specialist at Arkansas Heart Hospital LLC.

Job Summary:

This is a senior-level nursing position that requires exceptional clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, ensuring a safe and comforting environment for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures.
  • Assessments and Documentation: Conduct thorough patient assessments, document findings, and communicate pertinent information to the interdisciplinary team.
  • Meds and Treatments: Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, adhering to current clinical nursing practice standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the interdisciplinary care team, directing and evaluating the care delegated to non-licensed personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Nursing Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
  • Certifications: Current RN licensure, BLS certification, ACLS certification, PALS or ENPC certification (for Emergency Department RNs), RCIS certification (for Cath/EP Lab RNs), and Limited Specialty License (as applicable).

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
