Competitive Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $69,000 - $107,000, plus annual bonuses tied to experience and competency. Additionally, our clinician-designed bonus structure rewards client engagement and caseload performance, providing opportunities for significant earnings growth.

About the Role

As a BCBA at Hopebridge, your primary responsibilities will include conducting detailed behavioral assessments, designing evidence-based intervention plans, and supervising and nurturing RBTs, Fellows, and new BCBAs to deliver exceptional care and optimal clinical outcomes. You will also collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent interventions across settings.
