Strategic Operational Advisor for Healthcare Innovation

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operational Advisor to join our team at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
About the RoleAs a Strategic Operational Advisor, you will play a critical role in leveraging data and business acumen to drive strategic decision-making and optimize processes within the Information Services department.
You will be responsible for analyzing complex data to provide actionable insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing predictive models to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis: Design and conduct studies that require advanced empirical methods or mixed quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods.
- Predictive Modeling: Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to IT strategy.
- Strategic Planning: Leverage data-driven insights to guide strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Performance Measurement: Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of Information Services' initiatives, projects, and processes.
- Communication: Create visually compelling dashboards and reports to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders, including senior management and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, business (economics or finance preferred), or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in a client-facing environment interacting with senior and executive leadership at the department and organization level.
- Skillset: Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
We offer a competitive salary range of $104,000 - $186,160 per year, depending on experience.
Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
