Post Production Senior Manager

Dhar Mann Studios is a video production company that creates positive content for the social media generation. Our short, motivational videos receive over 1 Billion views monthly and have garnered over 40 Billion views on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Job DescriptionWe are searching for a dedicated and team-oriented Post Production Senior Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of post. The ideal candidate has strong experience with editing narrative films, a deep knowledge of overall post-production processes, and strong time management skills while working within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Create processes and workflows to guide team members to success while improving time to market and driving down post-production costs.
- Directly oversee post-production processes, budgets, and workflows while collaborating with the team on branded storytelling and quality standards.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline - multiple high-priority projects moving simultaneously during various stages of post-production.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly department workloads and budgets are handled timely, accurately, and cost-efficiently based on priority.
- Assign, schedule, and monitor all editing projects, anticipating various post-production needs, and maintaining the organization of all files.
- Support our Production and Post Production teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Create efficient solutions to workflow challenges to improve our processes.
- Hire and recruit digitally minded post talent to re-invent post production for a digital and entrepreneurial environment.
- A great understanding of all technical areas of post production, including editing, color grading, VFX, composing, and sound editing.
- Deep experience managing budgets in various low-budget environments.
- Ability to problem-solve under high-pressure situations.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- 5+ years of experience in a Post-Production management role.
- Thorough understanding of production and post-production workflows and how to drive efficiencies and cost savings.
- Extensive experience with Premiere Pro, Adobe Suite, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience managing cloud storage and Frame IO accounts; Nas Server is a plus.
- Ability to automate using off-the-shelf software or no-code solution is also a plus.
- Interest in the developing AI industry and ability to use AI to increase efficiency in applicable areas.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - to deliver accurate information in a expedited, courteous, concise, and professional manner.
- Willing to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends) and/or overtime to meet deadlines.
