About the Role

We are looking for a talented Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to work with children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), occupational therapists, and mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech therapy services to children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals to develop individualized therapy plans
  • Participate in weekly interdisciplinary care meetings to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A license to practice speech pathology
  • The ability to connect and engage with young children

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $78,000 per year. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as short-term disability coverage, student loan reimbursement assistance, and continuing education opportunities.
