We are seeking a highly skilled Urology Physician to join our esteemed outpatient practice in the tri-state area. Our organization, Atlas Search, is dedicated to providing top-notch care to patients with urological conditions.

Competitive Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this position is $240k to $360k. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.

About the Role

  • Provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and management of various urological conditions in an outpatient setting.
  • Perform in-office procedures and minor surgeries.
  • Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
  • Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in urology through continuing education and professional development.
  • Participate in practice growth initiatives and community outreach programs.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
  • Valid state medical license (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong clinical and procedural skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care.
