Kitchen Cleaner

We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Cleaner to join our team at Parkwest Bicycle Casino.

As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our kitchen facilities.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and possess excellent cleaning skills.

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, and dishwashing machines.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, walk-ins, freezers, drains, and garbage disposals.
• Operate dishwashing machines to ensure dishes are cleaned and sanitized efficiently.
• Responsible for proper storage of chemicals and kitchen supplies.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a similar environment.
• Active California Food Handlers Certificate/Card.
• Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
