Join Our Award-Winning Home Care Team

At Home Independent Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as non-medical caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide companionship and support to our clients, assisting with daily tasks such as laundry, cooking, and light housekeeping.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $17.55-$20/hr, depending on the case and shift. Our caregivers also receive paid online training, 24/7 support, and benefits such as a 401K plan, paid sick time, and bonuses for referrals and recognitions.

To be eligible for this role, you must have at least one year of personal or professional caregiving experience, a driver's license, a cell phone with texting and internet capability, and the ability to pass a background check, driving record check, and drug test. We welcome full-time workers looking for additional hours, part-time workers, and individuals with personal experience who want to use their skills to care for others.

Our Job Requirements:
