Digging and Boring Specialist

We're seeking a full-time Auger Boring Laborer to join our team at Rognes Corp in Ankeny, IA. As an Auger Boring Laborer, you'll play a vital part in the successful completion of our projects.

Average Day as an Auger Boring Laborer

You'll assist on-site with tasks such as staging and preparing materials and equipment, rigging pipe to be lowered, and unloading and checking deliveries. You'll set up lasers, use levels, and give hand signals to the hoe operator. You'll read blueprints to get a feel for the job and direct the operator to dig to the correct depth.

You'll inform the foreman when materials run low and help prepare unused supplies to be returned to the shop.

An entry-level Auger Boring Laborer earns a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer excellent benefits, including health, vision, dental, a 401(k) with a 4% match, and paid time off (PTO).
