We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Second Life Mac. The ideal candidate will provide support to the sales team and assist in driving business growth through effective RFP processes and assistance to the sales team.

Duties:

  • Mange RFP submissions
  • Support Sales projects, trade shows, materials, shipping, meetings
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support sales initiatives
  • Provide administrative support such as preparing sales proposals and reports
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Assist in maintaining CRM systems like Salesforce to track sales activities
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Work in-office, with remote work 1-2 days a week with manager approval
  • Occasional travel to trade shows when needed to support Sales team members
  • Report directly to the RVP of Sales, and collaborate heavily with Marketing and the Executive Assistant to the CEO/COO

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of CRMs is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using technology for sales purposes
  • Familiarity with territory management and cold calling practices
  • Technical sales knowledge is a plus
  • Business development acumen is desirable
