About the Position

As a Nurse Practitioner with Matrix Medical Network, you will conduct adult/geriatric assessments, review medical history, diagnose and treat patients, provide health education, and collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

You will work in a variety of settings, including home visits, skilled facilities, and telehealth visits, providing services that meet the unique needs of each patient.

We offer a flexible scheduling option, allowing you to choose the days and times that work best for you.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct adult/geriatric assessments and medical history reviews
  • Diagnose and treat patients according to Matrix guidelines and protocols
  • Provide health education and collaborate with healthcare professionals
  • Work in a variety of settings, including home visits, skilled facilities, and telehealth visits
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in nursing or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure
  • Current RN and NP licensure in the state of practice, including prescription authority
  • Board certification by the AANP, ANCC, or AACCN in a Matrix-approved specialty
  • Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner
