Job Summary

Catalyst Acoustics Group is seeking a highly skilled API Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and integrating APIs to support business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the integration, enhancement, and ongoing management of system automation and API connections across key commercial platforms.
  • Identify, design, and implement new API opportunities to improve system interoperability and enhance data flow between internal and external platforms.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, integration partners, and internal commercial teams to troubleshoot performance and resolve functional issues in real-time.
  • Manage external development partners and work closely with the IT team to integrate new code into existing continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines.
  • Work with Commercial Application Engineer on the IT team to develop, modify, and maintain high-performance APIs between CRM systems and ERP solutions to streamline business processes and improve customer and sales workflows.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in designing, building, and integrating APIs.
  • Experience with cross-platform development, specifically in CRM and ERP integration.
  • Front-end and back-end development expertise with a focus on system integration.
  • Deep knowledge of API orchestration, including the ability to manage multiple API workflows and ensure cohesive functionality.
  • Expertise in service-oriented architecture (SOA).
  • Proficiency with common API development tools, including J2EE, JUnit, Makefile, version control, JSON, PHP, Bovine systems, Apache JMeter, and customer interfaces.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Integromat, MAKE, Zapier) and platforms like HubSpot and Pipedrive.
  • Understanding of ERP systems integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years in API development, implementation, and ongoing systems management.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing projects and business growth objectives.
  • Experience integrating commercial CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive) and ERP systems.
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent client service and a passion for continuous learning and keeping up with API and application technologies.
