Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $62,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability.

Job Description

As a Family Law Paralegal with LHH Recruitment Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work on high-asset and high-conflict family law cases, particularly within Clark County. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with attorneys and support staff to prepare legal documents and facilitate transactions, conducting client and expert witness interviews to gather relevant case information, drafting a wide range of legal documents, investigating and collecting facts to address discovery requests and legal inquiries, conducting legal research, compiling data, and providing detailed analysis to support casework.

You will also be responsible for organizing and managing legal files for up to 100 active cases, ensuring timely updates and accurate record-keeping, assisting in case preparation at every stage, including discovery, trial, and post-trial activities, attending trials, preparing jury instructions, organizing trial binders, and managing exhibits, and providing general administrative support to ensure legal files are properly maintained and updated.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience handling high-conflict and high-asset family law cases
  • ABA-approved paralegal certification required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience filing in Washington (Clark County preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Centerbase (preferred)
  • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Versatile and adaptable
  • Strong research abilities and demonstrated expertise in legal analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
