Weinstein Properties, a family-owned company with a rich history of success, is seeking a skilled Corporate Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review month-end close journal entries to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
  • Review and analyze monthly financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare year-end tax workpapers, including fixed asset system entries and trial balance review.
  • Participate in special projects to drive business growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and other financial software.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a strong ability to multitask.
