About the Role

Peak Living, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our properties meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform make-ready maintenance to bring units up to market-ready condition.
  • Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance with Peak Living standards.
  • Assist with building and common area maintenance.
  • Participate in the preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in a property management environment.
  • EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
