The Contract Management Section at the CT DPH requires a skilled software developer to migrate their existing MS Access database to a more robust SQL platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in database migration, web application development, and data analysis.
The successful candidate will work closely with the IT lead to design and implement a new database system that meets the needs of the Contract Management Section. This will involve migrating historical data, creating a new data entry system, and developing a dynamic dashboard to track contracts and amendments.
The dashboard will be built using ASP.Net MV0043 or Blazor web application and will provide role-based access to multiple users. The candidate will also be responsible for creating reporting capabilities within the dashboard and developing technical documentation.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with non-technical business users, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under limited supervision. They will also have experience with Power BI, SQL Server Database Management, and data analysis.
This is a unique opportunity for a skilled software developer to make a significant impact on the Contract Management Section at the CT DPH.
