About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join our General Practice team at Pender Veterinary Centre in Fairfax, VA. As a key member of our 28-person team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and exceptional client service.

Pender Veterinary Centre is a well-established, full-service state-of-the-art veterinary facility that has been serving the DC metropolitan area for over 45 years. Our hospital features modern surgical suites, reference-grade lab, laser therapy, digital radiology, ultrasonography, endoscopy, and much more.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering compassionate care to patients and their owners. You will work collaboratively with our dedicated nursing staff, patient/client care managers, and other veterinarians to ensure seamless patient care.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience

  • A total of 15 exam rooms, large ICU, dedicated isolation, and spacious surgery/procedure ward
  • In-house lab machines (CBC, chemistry, electrolyte, coag monitors, cross-matching and more) for rapid results
  • Multi-parameter monitors that can provide clinicians with continuous ECG, pulse oximetry, capnography, and blood pressure
  • 24/7/365 support from Emergency/Critical Care staff to facilitate overnight/weekend patient care and critical care patient needs
