Job Description

As a Sales and Customer Experience Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Outreach & Sales in achieving/maintaining full occupancy for The Orchards of Minnetonka Assisted Living. This position will serve as a trusted coordinator to potential residents, families, and surrounding community.

Responsibilities
  • Implement sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals
  • Follow Ebenezer Sale System guidelines
  • Maintain current marketing materials and ensure their availability
  • Manage pre-closing unit sales and wait lists
  • Promote positive customer relations and provide guidance/resources to residents/families during transitions
  • Maintain accurate database of contact records
  • Build awareness about the community and offer responsive service to referral sources and other groups
  • Serve as a resource for residents and families seeking information
  • Participate in lease signings with new residents and their family members
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to plan and implement marketing/referral events
Qualifications
  • One to three years of experience in sales or a related field
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Proficiency in computer skills

Estimated Salary: $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, matching retirement, medical, dental, wellness reimbursement program, and tuition reimbursement.
