About the Role
This Strategic Client Liaison position is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for fostering deep and meaningful relationships with our most valued clients. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships, enhance engagement, and drive business growth. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your ability to think strategically, will enable you to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective client relationship strategies to drive business growth and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and enhance engagement
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on financial planning, investment, and retirement solutions
- Analyze client data and market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, tailored solutions, and exceptional service

Requirements
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 licensed and appropriate state registrations OR ability to acquire series 65/66 upon hire
- 1-3 years in financial services with an emphasis in providing an excellent customer experience
- Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products
- Strong social skills and the ability to deliver highly personalized service to each client
- Ability to find success in a dynamic, deadline-driven, and detailed compliance environment
- Ability to think creatively and be comfortable making decisions with the support of your team

Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from $57,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
