Summary:

Team Rehabilitation Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients, helping them achieve their goals and improve their overall health.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid Occupational Therapist license. You will be responsible for evaluating new patients, developing plans of care, and setting measurable goals. You will also treat patients, answer their concerns, and educate them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomes. Additionally, you will supervise aides when providing modalities for non-Medicare, non-BCBSM patients, and re-evaluate patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals as needed.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Ability to work with electronic medical records systems
  • Understanding of Medicare, BCBSM, and other insurance billing regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
