About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Resident to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional patient care and developing your clinical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to patients in the Cardiac Acute Care unit
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
- National Certification in area of specialty is preferred
