Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist II to join our team. This role requires a dynamic leader who can push past obstacles and overcome objections to drive sales efficiency, productivity, systems, and process compliance. As a key member of our sales operations team, you'll collaborate with Customer Relations and Sales teams to increase sales performance, develop demand creation plans, and implement technology solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Inventory Review and Reconciliation: Conduct monthly and quarterly inventory reviews, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all trade and sales systems.
- Production Planning: Schedule involvement, forecast alignment with Production PO's, tracking and reporting, and more.
- Production Deviations: Support product loss or rework, prioritize new customer and/or product launch support, attend biweekly calls, and ensure customer coding compliance.
- Third-Party Co-Pack Manufacturing Operations Support: Coordinate as needed and communicate pricing updates to customers.
- Pricing Communication Updates: Ensure accuracy of sales trade management system and create new reports to measure performance and compliance.
- MS Office Suite Proficiency: Excel skills required; ability to conduct creative analysis and translate into informative results.
- Team Player: Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage and follow through on projects and jobs, and strong oral and written communication skills.
- Leadership: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and push beyond the obvious to set out recommendations and goals.
- Preferred Skills: Knowledge of business driving technology solutions, internal/external industry insights and trends, core Business Processes and Fundamentals, and deep understanding of assigned customers.
