Job Title: Emergency Clinician

United Counseling Services is seeking a skilled Emergency Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will provide critical incident debriefing, crisis intervention, and clinical case management services to individuals and families in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Clinical Services: Provide assessment and brief, solution-focused counseling to individuals and families with mental health and/or substance use crises.
  2. Consultation and Education: Offer mental health and/or substance use consultation to community agencies, schools, and the professional community.
  3. Clinical Case Management: Coordinate services with other agencies and providers, and facilitate referrals for other services when necessary.
  4. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely records of client services, including assessments, case services, and progress notes.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related field.
  • Two years' related work experience preferred.
  • Professional clinical license in field of specialty.
  • Qualified Mental Health Professional Certification within 1 year of start date.
