Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative ICall Center will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) customers in a high-volume contact center environment. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma/GED and six months of experience handling customer questions, complaints, and/or providing information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize call scripts to ensure customers receive accurate and consistent information and MVD processes are utilized
  • Work with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and DRIVES system to manage tasks such as creating, reviewing, and updating customer contact interactions

Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of contact center experience and proficiency with software applications to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. All candidates must submit a Tax Clearance Letter and complete a Tax Authorization Form to be considered.
