As an Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist, Infusion, you will play a critical role in our team's mission to provide the highest level of care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and dispense medications using appropriate techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to drug information requests from healthcare providers and patients.
  • Ensure continuity of pharmaceutical care across acute and ambulatory settings.
  • Participate in the management of medical emergencies and adhere to medication-use policies and guidelines.
  • Manage time effectively to fulfill practice responsibilities and comply with accreditation, legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.

Credentials:

  • Current pharmacist license in the state of Pennsylvania required.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy Equivalent (required).
  • Previous oncology experience (preferred).
  • Previous infusion experience (preferred).
